About Adani Samsara Vilasa
Samsara Vilasa is a low-rise floors development by Adani Realty, developed jointly with the Brahma group, in Sector 63 off the Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram. Buildings follow a stilt-plus-four format with one home on each floor. The developer lists 3 BHK floors of about 1,047 to 1,261 sq ft and 4 BHK floors of about 1,799 sq ft, all quoted as RERA carpet area. Residents share a large central green of about 1.2 acres and a clubhouse of over one lakh sq ft that serves the wider Samsara community, along with a jogging track, badminton and half basketball courts, an outdoor gym, an entrance plaza, a fountain and a children's play area. Adani Realty describes the original Vilasa phase as completed and sold out, while a later Vilasa 2.0 phase and the companion Samsara Arya are shown as separate listings on its website. This HRERA registration covers Samsara Vilasa together with Samsara Arya.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-985-2021, with registration valid until December 2026.
