The unit range runs from two to four bedrooms. A 555 sq ft carpet area 2 BHK was listed at ₹1.86 crore and a 706 sq ft 2 BHK at ₹2.36 crore. The 3 BHK measures 929 sq ft at ₹3.07 crore, and the 4 BHK was listed at ₹6.03 crore, with no carpet area supplied. At roughly ₹33,000 per sq ft, the smaller two-bedroom is a tight plan for the money, so buyers with growing families may find the larger 2 BHK the better starting point. The homes are planned to Vastu principles.
The site is just off the Eastern Express Highway. Ghatkopar is one of the better-connected suburbs on the eastern side: its station links the Central line with Metro Line 1 to Andheri and Versova, and the Santacruz-Chembur Link Road gives a direct run to the western suburbs and the domestic airport. Bandra Kurla Complex is a commonly used commute by road, though the highway and LBS Marg are both slow at peak hours.
