Samsara Avasa is a low-rise builder-floor project by Adani Realty in Block L of Sector 63, on the Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram. It is part of the larger Samsara integrated development of about 75 acres that Adani Realty is building with the Brahma group, and it takes design cues from British residential architecture in four-storey buildings. The project has 64 homes, all 4 BHK floors with a utility room, in several layouts ranging from roughly 1,361 to 2,089 sq ft of RERA carpet area. Adani Realty lists a starting price of about Rs 4.49 crore, excluding other charges. The developer reported the RCC structure as complete in April 2025 and states a possession date of December 2026.
