About Yamuna City Mall
Yamuna City Mall is a retail and entertainment building inside Gaur Yamuna City, the 250-acre Gaurs township on the Yamuna Expressway. The plot is about 5,000 sq m, a corner site open on two sides, facing the expressway along a 60 m wide road.
Wall Rock Developers plans about 2 lakh sq ft of space here. Shops are on the lower ground, ground and first floors, with a food court above, plus an entertainment zone, a supermarket and a multiplex that the developer says will be run by Miraj Cinemas and describes as the first in the Yamuna City area. The building is designed with escalators, lifts and Wi-Fi. Wall Rock puts the surrounding population at more than 35,000, with about 1,000 families within 500 metres, and places the mall about 10 minutes from the Noida International Airport and 3 minutes from the planned Film City. Unit sizes and prices are not listed on the official page.
Wall Rock Developers LLP is based in Sector 63, Noida, and says it has nine years in the business. Its other listed project is Aishwaryam.
The project is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ892259, with work starting in November 2022 and a declared completion date of September 2027. The travel times are the developer's own figures, and in the early years a shop buyer's returns will rest mostly on footfall from within the township.
