About ACE Terra
Sector 22D sits on the Yamuna Expressway side of Greater Noida, in the belt YEIDA has opened up for group housing ahead of the Noida International Airport at Jewar. ACE Group already has plotted and commercial projects in the same sector, and ACE Terra is its high-rise apartment community here.
The plan has 12 towers of 25 storeys each, with 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The developer highlights large decks and balconies in the layouts. Common facilities include a clubhouse the developer calls Club Spade, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a banquet hall, a children's play area, water features and central landscaped greens. The developer's project page does not list carpet areas or prices, so buyers should get the current price sheet and the carpet area of each unit type in writing before booking.
ACE Group is a Noida developer with a long run of housing in Sector 150 and Greater Noida West, including ACE Parkway and ACE Divino, along with office and retail buildings on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
ACE Terra is registered with UP RERA under UPRERAPRJ683816. Construction started in early 2024 and the completion date on the registration is December 2028. The sector is still filling up, so shops, schools and public transport close to the site will take a few more years to catch up with the housing.
