Wall Rock Developers is a Noida-based developer with its office in Sector 63. The firm says it has about nine years of experience in real estate. Its public portfolio is small, and its best-known project is Yamuna City Mall, a retail and entertainment building inside the Gaur Yamuna City township on the Yamuna Expressway.

The mall, registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ892259, is planned at about 2 lakh sq ft on a plot of about 5,000 sq m, with shops, a food court, a supermarket, an entertainment zone and a multiplex that the developer says will be run by Miraj Cinemas. The company also lists a project called Aishwaryam. With little independent coverage of its completed work, buyers should check construction progress and the RERA quarterly updates before booking.
