Whiteland Corporation

Whiteland Corporation is a Delhi NCR real estate developer founded by Navdeep JP Sardana. Its first project, announced in 2021, was Urban Cubes 71, a shop-cum-office high street in Sector 71 off Golf Course Extension Road. The company has since added residential projects in Sector 76, including The Aspen and Blissville, and commercial space such as Arena 76. Its largest project is in Sector 103 on the Dwarka Expressway, where it signed an agreement with Marriott International in 2024 to develop Westin Residences Gurugram, described as the first Westin-branded housing project in India. Whiteland announced an investment of about Rs 5,600 crore for that project and in 2025 awarded first-phase construction contracts to Kalpataru Projects International and Ahluwalia Contracts. Its portfolio is concentrated in Gurugram.
