Tulip Monsella is a high-rise luxury residential project by Tulip Infratech in Sector 53, Gurugram, just off Golf Course Road. This HRERA registration covers the Monsella and Attila towers. News coverage describes the wider development as spread over about 20 acres with around 1,100 apartments and a planned investment of roughly Rs 5,500 crore, and the developer promotes it as one of the tallest residential towers on Golf Course Road. Homes are offered in 3, 4 and 5 BHK formats.
