Tulip Infratech, which trades as the Tulip Group, is a Gurugram-based developer founded in 2005. It reports more than 6,000 homes delivered and about 150 acres developed, with further projects in its pipeline. The company's residential portfolio includes Tulip Violet, Tulip Monsella, Tulip Crimson and the newer Tulip Melrose in Sector 70, which it places in a Platinum Collection of high-rise homes. On the retail side it has built projects such as Tulip Avenue 2, Tulip Street and Tulip Centrepoint. Its projects are registered with HRERA Gurugram through the company and related project entities. The head office is in Sector 18, Gurugram.
