About Tulip Melrose
Tulip Melrose is a high-rise residential project by Tulip Infratech in Sector 70, Gurugram, part of the developer's Platinum Collection. The official project site describes four residential towers of 38 floors each on a site of about 7.5 acres, with a clubhouse that links all four towers and a rooftop sky hub carrying an infinity pool, a yoga deck and a sky lounge. Landscaped walkways, water features and night-lit sports courts make up the ground-level open space. Sector 70 lies along the Southern Peripheral Road belt, with road links towards NH-48, Sohna Road and Dwarka Expressway, and the Aravalli ridge to the south. The project received its HRERA Gurugram registration in November 2025 and the registration runs to the end of 2033. Apartment configurations, carpet areas and prices had not been published on the official site at the time of review, so these fields are left empty.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2082-2025, with registration valid until December 2033.
