Tulip Crimson is a residential project by Tulip Infratech in Sector 70, Gurugram, in the Southern Peripheral Road and Sohna Road belt. The developer presents it as part of its premium 'Platinum Collection', and the official project site lists its HRERA registration as 61 of 2024. Common areas shown by the developer include the Crimson Club with an outdoor pool, a sunken garden, landscaped walkways and formal drop-off zones. Construction World reported that Tulip is building Crimson alongside its Monsella and Melrose projects, with about Rs 1,200 crore earmarked for Crimson. Sector 70 has several completed group housing societies and connects to NH-48, Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road through the Southern Peripheral Road. Unit configurations, sizes, tower count and prices are not given on the official site and should be confirmed with the developer. The HRERA registration is valid until March 2032.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1647-2024, with registration valid until March 2032.
