About Ss Cendana
SS Cendana is a group housing colony by SS Group in Sector 83, New Gurugram, about three minutes from the Dwarka Expressway and five minutes from NH-48. The registration also covers SS Kiavasa, a companion tower within the same licensed land. The site measures about 12.6 acres and is planned with ten high-rise towers of 32 and 33 storeys. Apartments are 3 BHK units in two main formats: a 3 BHK with two toilets of about 861 sq ft carpet area and a 3 BHK with three toilets and a study of about 1,089 sq ft carpet area. Recreation is organised around a multi-level clubhouse, and the plan includes two swimming pools, badminton and lawn tennis courts, a half basketball court, an outdoor gym, a multipurpose hall, landscaped lawns and separate walking, jogging and cycling tracks. The project is registered with HRERA under No. 77 of 2023, and its building plans were approved in June 2023.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1347-2023, with registration valid until March 2029.
