SS Group

SS Group is a Gurugram-based real estate developer with its head office at SS House in Sector 44. The company says it has been active for about three decades. Its earlier completed housing is concentrated in the Sohna Road and Golf Course Road area, including Mayfield Gardens across Sectors 47 to 57, The Hibiscus in Sector 50, Aaron Ville in Sector 48, The Lilac, Radiancy Residency and the Southend floors in Sector 49, and Delight and Splendour in Sector 57. More recently it has moved into New Gurugram, near the Dwarka Expressway. Projects there include SS Cendana and SS One in Sector 83, The Leaf in Sector 85, SS Highpoint in Sector 86 and the Linden floors in Sectors 84 and 85, along with retail projects SS Strada in Sector 84 and SS WhiteWater in Sector 90.
