About Spj Vedatam
Vedatam is a commercial-led mixed-use development by SPJ True Realtyy, the real estate arm of SPJ Group, in Sector 14 of old Gurugram. The site measures about 4.15 acres near the Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road, with NH-48 and the Dwarka Expressway reachable by road and HUDA City Centre metro station roughly 3 km away. In October 2025 the developer announced that the project would be upgraded to a fully air-conditioned mall format. Shops are planned over the lower ground, upper ground and first floors, with dining and a food court on the second level and a multiplex, family entertainment and brewery spaces on the third. Reported plans list more than 400 commercial units along with around 140 residential units, and parking for about 1,100 cars, including a multi-level system. The project is meant to serve older sectors such as 12, 15, 17 and 22, which have limited organised retail.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1833-2024, with registration valid until June 2030.
