SPJ Group

SPJ Group is a Gurugram-based business group with interests in real estate, hospitality, finance, education and agriculture, and news coverage describes it as more than 30 years old. Its property arm, SPJ True Realtyy, is developing Vedatam, a commercial-led project of about 4.15 acres in Sector 14 of old Gurugram with shops, dining, a multiplex and a smaller residential component. In 2025 the company announced that Vedatam would be upgraded to a fully air-conditioned mall, and in 2026 it awarded a structural steel contract for the building to Jindal Steel and Power. The group's founder and chairman is Pankaj Jain, and Mitul Jain serves as managing director. The company says it uses building information modelling and targets green-building certification for its projects.
