Rohan Builders, a Pune-based developer, brings its "PLUS" design approach to Rohan Akriti on Kanakapura Road. In practice this means homes planned for cross-ventilation, daylight and privacy, with fewer internal walls so rooms feel larger than their size.
The range is wider than most projects offer: 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments. At listing, the smallest 1 BHK was priced at ₹36 lakh and the 3 BHK at ₹91 lakh, with the 2 BHK types between ₹60 lakh and ₹83 lakh. The half-bedroom configurations add a small extra room that can work as a study or a nursery. Carpet areas were not published with the prices, so request them.
Possession was due in January 2022, and IndiProp lists the project as Ready to Move, meaning it is complete or in handover. Treat the older prices as a guide and confirm current figures with Rohan. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/170925/000903. The amenity list takes in a swimming pool, gym, tennis, squash and badminton courts, a jogging track, a clubhouse with library and party hall, and a spa and sauna.
Kanakapura Road starts at Basavanagudi and runs south through Jayanagar, JP Nagar and Banashankari before heading out of the city. The Art of Living international centre is further along the road, and the Bengaluru-Mysuru corridor and NICE Road improve links to the west and south. The Green Line metro now serves the stretch.
