Zenium offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The listing is not reliable on price: the 2 BHK figures of ₹1.49 crore and ₹1.58 crore are higher than the 3 BHK figures of ₹92 lakh to ₹1.06 crore, which suggests an error. Ask Puravankara for a current price sheet with carpet areas. Possession was due in December 2024, so IndiProp shows the project as ready to move, with homes complete or in handover. The RERA registration is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/071022/005303.
On water, the developer uses a three-step approach: rainwater harvesting, purification and recycling, with the aim of supplying drinking-quality water from the kitchen tap. An Oxygen Club is intended to improve air quality in the common areas. Other features include a lawn tennis court, a cricket pitch, a hammock garden, a meditation deck and charging points for electric cars, alongside a pool, gym, sauna, spa, library and squash and badminton courts.
Hosahalli sits in the belt between Hebbal and Kempegowda International Airport, which has seen a lot of new housing. The developer says the Hebbal flyover is about 15 minutes away. Manyata Tech Park and Kirloskar Business Park are the nearest large employers, and the airport is a short drive north. Godrej Aqua is on a neighbouring plot, so buyers comparing the two can visit both in one trip.
