The 3 BHK homes are 975 sq ft and 1,100 sq ft at ₹4.34 crore and ₹4.91 crore, and the 4 BHK is 1,354 sq ft at ₹5.95 crore. That pricing sits around ₹44,000 to ₹45,000 per sq ft of carpet, which is high for Chembur, so it is worth comparing carefully with neighbouring projects.

Chembur's older lanes still have bungalows and trees, and the suburb has good schools, hospitals and markets. For transport there is the Eastern Freeway to south Mumbai, the Santacruz-Chembur Link Road to the western suburbs and BKC, the monorail, and Chembur station on the Harbour line. The smallest 2 BHK at 533 sq ft is tight for a family, so look at the 690 sq ft plan if you need room to grow.
