On the Wakad-Nashik Phata BRTS road, in Shankar Kalat Nagar, Goel Ganga Asmi is placed for people who work in Hinjewadi but want the shops, schools and hospitals of an established suburb around them. The Mumbai-Bengaluru bypass is close, and Baner and Bavdhan are reachable without crossing the city.
There are two home types. The 2 BHK flats range from 692 to 750 sq ft of carpet area at about ₹74.7 lakh to ₹81 lakh. The 3 BHK flats are 925 to 942 sq ft and cost about ₹1 crore to ₹1.02 crore. The 3 BHK sizes are reasonable for the money in Wakad, where many projects offer less.
The developer says about 80 percent of the land is kept as open space and that the layout follows vaastu. Facilities include a clubhouse, a party hall, a swimming pool, a gym, badminton and tennis courts and indoor games. Goel Ganga Developments, the builder, has projects in several Pune suburbs, including Bavdhan and Kharadi.
Asmi is still being marketed as a new launch, although the possession date on record is December 2026, only about three months away. The MahaRERA registration is P52100027644. Check the progress report and any extension on MahaRERA before relying on that date. Traffic around the Wakad and Bhumkar Chowk junctions is heavy at office hours, so try the commute at peak time.
