Prestige's Song of the South is a large high-rise township in south Bengaluru, and this is its second phase. The whole site covers about 33 acres, east of Bannerghatta Road in the Begur area. Homes range from 1 BHK to 4 BHK.

Among the listed units, the 2 BHK homes measure roughly 1,100 to 1,211 sq ft and were priced from ₹81.61 lakh up to ₹1.33 crore. A 3 BHK was listed at about ₹1.43 crore, and the 4 BHK homes at ₹2.88 crore to ₹2.98 crore. Possession for this phase was due in May 2022. The project is shown here as Ready to Move, and these prices are from an earlier listing, so confirm today's figures with Prestige or look at resale units.
