Its possession date was July 2022, which is why IndiProp shows it as Ready to Move. The building is complete or in handover. Prices on file date from an earlier listing and should be confirmed with the developer.
Only two unit types were offered. The 1 BHK has 400 sq ft of carpet area and was listed at ₹1.11 crore, and the 2 BHK has 473 sq ft at ₹1.45 crore. A two-bedroom home under 500 sq ft is very tight, so the furnished fit-out is doing a lot of the work here. It suits a working couple or someone buying to rent out to BKC professionals more than a family with children.
