Between Magarpatta City and Kharadi's EON IT Park, Kumar Prospera is a high-rise project on Magarpatta Road in Hadapsar. Both IT hubs are within commuting distance, and Seasons Mall and Amanora Mall are close by, as are Mundhwa and Keshav Nagar. The area has plenty of schools and hospitals, which suits families as much as working couples.
The 2 BHK homes have 678 to 791 sq ft of carpet area at ₹93.53 lakh to ₹1.09 crore, and the 3 BHK homes have 1,009 to 1,146 sq ft at ₹1.31 crore to ₹1.49 crore. Pricing is consistent across layouts at roughly ₹13,000 to ₹13,800 per sq ft of carpet area, so the larger homes do not carry a hidden premium.
One technical detail stands out: the towers use aluminium formwork, in which the walls and slab of each floor are cast together in one pour. The method generally gives more accurate dimensions and fewer joints than conventional brick-and-block construction. Kumar Properties, which has built in Pune since the 1960s, is the developer. No detailed amenity list is on record, so request one along with the floor plans.
Prospera has two MahaRERA registrations for separate phases, P52100014951 and P52100022619. Possession was scheduled for August 2022, and the project is now in its ready-to-move phase, so check which phase your unit falls under and confirm its occupancy certificate.
