About Nirala Diadem
Nirala Diadem is a commercial project on plot C-6 in Sector 10, Greater Noida West, a sector that is filling up with new group housing. The plot is open on three sides, which gives the retail frontage more visibility than most mid-block sites in the area.
The building mixes retail with studio apartments. Nirala World lists high-street shops with anchor stores, a multiplex, a banquet hall and fine dining restaurants on the commercial side. The studios get their own double-height lobby, reception and security, and a restaurant set aside for studio residents, which is aimed at working professionals who want a small, managed home near their office.
Nirala World has been building in Noida and Greater Noida West since 1996 and says it has delivered more than 10 million sq ft. Its housing projects in the area include Nirala Aspire and Nirala Estate. Diadem is registered through Parth Builtech Private Limited, a Nirala group company.
UP RERA lists Nirala Diadem under UPRERAPRJ825497/11/2025, with work from October 2025 and a completion date of October 2030. Floor counts, unit sizes and prices are only in the downloadable brochure and price list, and possession is four years away, so an investor here is buying future rent in a sector that is still being built.

The company says it has delivered more than 10 million sq ft of space across the NCR. Its largest project is Nirala Estate in Greater Noida West, which is planned for about 4,050 homes on 25 acres. Nirala Trio is a newer project of 3 BHK homes in Sector 2, Greater Noida West. The company is also moving into commercial property. It bought a 2.6-acre plot in Sector 10 in October 2024. In January 2025, it bought a 2.5-acre plot in Greater Noida West from the Greater Noida authority for about Rs 175 crore.
