About Max Estates Estate 360
Estate 360 is a residential project by Max Estates in Sector 36A, Gurugram, near the junction of the Dwarka Expressway and the Central Peripheral Road. The registered promoter is Max Estates Gurgaon Limited, and HRERA registration was granted in 2024. The project offers 3-bedroom homes in three layouts plus 4-bedroom homes, each with wraparound decks, a separate staff entry and a powder room. Two of the residential blocks are set aside for senior living and are run with Antara Senior Living, which provides care suites, clinical support, physiotherapy and doctor consultations. The ground level is kept free of cars, with a countryside-style landscape of more than 700 trees, a serpentine lake and an amphitheatre. Facilities include two clubhouses, swimming pools, a sports block with tennis, badminton, squash and a cricket pitch, a golf putting area, a pet park and jogging and cycling tracks. The project has IGBC Platinum pre-certification, and the registration runs until August 2030.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1675-2024, with registration valid until August 2030.
