Waterside Residences The Forest Reserve is a new residential phase by Krisumi Corporation, the Sumitomo Corporation and Krishna Group joint venture, inside Krisumi City in Sector 36A, Gurugram, near the Dwarka Expressway. It is covered by two HRERA registrations from 2025, and the developer states a possession date of June 2031. The launch is split into Forest Reserve A, with 3- and 4-bedroom homes and penthouses, Forest Reserve B, with 2- and 3-bedroom homes and penthouses, and Forest Reserve II, again with 2- and 3-bedroom homes and penthouses. The landscape plan includes waterscapes, a mist pond, a children's stream and water play area, an amphitheatre, an outdoor gazebo and a pool bar, along with an exclusive gym, lap pool and private dining room. The developer highlights an earthquake-resistant RCC frame, Japanese-led architecture and interiors, rainwater harvesting and solar power, with fittings from brands such as Kohler, Grohe and Legrand.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1886-2025, RERA-GRG-1901-2025, with registration valid until June 2031.
