About Krisumi Waterfall Suites
Waterfall Suites is a compact-home residential project by Krisumi Corporation, the joint venture of Japan's Sumitomo Corporation and India's Krishna Group, located within Krisumi City in Sector 36A, Gurugram, off the Dwarka Expressway. It is registered with HRERA in two phases, Waterfall Suites (2023) and Waterfall Suites II (2024). Homes follow the Japanese LDK format and are offered as 1 LDK units with one or two toilets, plus a small number of penthouses. The design draws on the Shiraito waterfall near Mount Fuji, and the phase II architecture is credited to Nikken Housing System. Shared spaces include a main garden with a waterfall, a swimming pool, a podium roof garden, gym and spa, a restaurant and meeting rooms. Developer construction updates from late 2025 and early 2026 show the phase 2 structure topped out, with facade and interior work under way. The two registrations run until December 2028 and December 2029 respectively.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1302-2023, RERA-GRG-1573-2024, with registration valid until December 2029.
