About Krisumi Waterside Residences
Waterside Residences is a residential project by Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture of Sumitomo Corporation of Japan and Krishna Group, located in Krisumi City, Sector 36A, Gurugram, close to the Dwarka Expressway and about three minutes from NH-48. It was registered with HRERA in 2024. The project has three towers, with Tower 3 divided into sub-towers, and homes use the Japanese LDK naming: 2 LDK, 2 LDK with study, 3 LDK and 3 LDK with servant room, plus several penthouse layouts with terraces. The developer notes that the area is bordered by a large green zone and a 50-metre green belt. Facilities include swimming pools, a gym, business centre, landscaped gardens with water features and a convenience store, supported by full power backup, piped gas and air-conditioned lobbies. Developer construction updates show Tower 3 under active construction, and the registration is valid until October 2029.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1562-2024, with registration valid until October 2029.
