Central 67 is a shop-cum-office (SCO) plotted commercial development by DLF on Sohna Road in Sector 67, Gurugram, within village Badshahpur. The developer lists a land area of roughly 8.7 acres and an HRERA Gurugram registration dated December 2023. Plots start from about 118 square metres, with larger and corner options, and each plot can be built as basement plus ground plus four floors, allowing owners to combine street-level retail with offices or services above. The layout is planned around an internal plaza, with two entrances from Sohna Road, three-metre covered walkways, an 18-metre entrance plaza, landscaped areas with water features and surface parking. DLF's microsite quoted a starting price of about Rs 8 crore. Sector 67 sits between Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road, with the Southern Peripheral Road nearby. The project was shown as under construction.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1458-2023, with registration valid until December 2027.
