About London Mart
London Mart takes its theme literally. The mall on Plot C-3, Sector 16B, Greater Noida West names its floors after London shopping streets, with Oxford Street, Oxford Circus, Regent Street, Fashion Street and Baker's Street among the zones listed by the developer.
The building runs from a lower ground floor up to the seventh floor. Retail shops with ceilings of up to 16 feet sit on the lower levels, and the plan adds premium eateries, a food court, an entertainment zone, a multiplex, banquet halls, studio apartments and a rooftop restaurant. Mart Promoters says the multi-level parking can hold about 2,000 vehicles, which matters for a mall that depends on weekend car traffic from the surrounding societies. NH 24 and the FNG Expressway are both named by the developer as short drives away.
Mart Promoters Pvt Ltd is a Delhi-registered company with interests in real estate, advertising, media and hospitality, and London Mart is its main project in the NCR.
Phase 1 was registered with UP RERA in February 2018 under UPRERAPRJ15269, and the completion date on the register is now February 2028. That is a ten-year gap, so buyers should check actual progress on site and the latest quarterly updates on UP RERA before paying, and compare the rental assumptions with malls that are already open in Greater Noida West.
