Krisumi Corporation

Krisumi Corporation is a real estate joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation of Japan and India's Krishna Group, and presents itself as the first large Indo-Japanese venture in Indian real estate. Its name joins the Sanskrit word Kriya, meaning creation, with the Japanese word Sumi, linked to fine living. The company focuses on premium housing in Gurugram, where it is developing Krisumi City in Sector 36A near the Dwarka Expressway. Projects there include Waterfall Residences, Waterfall Suites, Waterfall Suites II, Waterside Residences and The Forest Reserve, which draw on Japanese architecture and design partners and describe homes using the Japanese LDK convention. The developer frames its approach around Japanese craftsmanship combined with Indian hospitality.
