Happinest is the Mahindra Lifespaces brand for value homes, and this project brings it to Tathawade, on Pune's western IT belt. Seven towers of 22 floors stand on about 7 acres, next to the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway, with Wakad, Dange Chowk and Bhumkar Chowk close by and Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi a short drive away.
