Mira Road has taken in a large share of buyers priced out of Borivali and Kandivali, and JP Infra's Codename Open Streets was pitched at exactly that group. The planning idea came from Barcelona: street plazas and vehicle-free zones at ground level, with a curved facade that looks different from the usual slab towers along the highway belt.
The homes run from 1 BHK to 3 BHK. One-bedroom flats start at about 513 sq ft and were listed at ₹67 lakh and ₹72 lakh. The two 2 BHK plans measure 684 and 762 sq ft carpet area, priced at ₹90 lakh and ₹1.02 crore, and the single 3 BHK layout of 981 sq ft carpet was listed at ₹1.3 crore. These numbers come from the launch period, so check current rates with the developer before comparing them with newer projects nearby.
Possession was due in December 2022 under MahaRERA registration P51700020082, and IndiProp now shows the project as ready to move. The plan counts 568 homes. Common facilities are grouped into three zones and include a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, a children's play zone, a games area, a café and seating along the internal plaza, plus courts for tennis, squash and badminton, a jogging track, sauna and library. Rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant are part of the services.
Mira Road station on the Western Railway is the nearest suburban link, with Borivali the next big interchange to the south. By road, most trips into the city use the Western Express Highway, which slows badly at peak hours around the Dahisar toll plaza. Schools such as Singapore International School and Holy Cross Convent are in the wider Mira Road area, and the Mindspace and G Corp business parks on the Thane side are the nearest large office clusters for residents who work east of the ridge.

Mira Road and Bhayandar sit just north of Dahisar, on the Western Railway suburban line and the Metro 9 corridor, and they offer bigger homes for the money than the western suburbs of the city. The trade-off is a longer commute for people working in BKC or South Mumbai.
