JP Infra

JP Infra is a Mumbai developer that has been in business since 2006, with its office on the Western Express Highway in Andheri East. It builds mostly large residential projects on the northern edge of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, along with some commercial projects. Its biggest address is JP North at Mira Road, a large township where the company has announced the delivery of more than 2,000 homes and built Club Marvel, a clubhouse of over 1 lakh sq ft. It also sells smaller city projects under a separate brand, JP Urbane.

The projects IndiProp lists are in Mira Bhayandar and the northern suburbs. JP Codename Open Streets is in Mira Bhayandar, and JP Connect and JP Infra The Starlife are among its other current launches. Mira Road and Bhayandar sit just north of Dahisar, on the Western Railway suburban line and the Metro 9 corridor, and they offer bigger homes for the money than the western suburbs of the city. The trade-off is a longer commute for people working in BKC or South Mumbai.
