About Irish Platinum
Irish Group follows its Irish Pearls towers in Greater Noida West with Irish Platinum, a four-tower project in Sector 10, Noida Extension. The site covers about 5 acres and is open on three sides, and the developer says 85 per cent of it will be left open.
Only 568 flats are planned across the four towers. The 3 BHK homes come in three sizes: 1,390 sq ft with two toilets at ₹1.63 crore, 1,690 sq ft with three toilets at ₹1.89 crore, and 1,925 sq ft with a servant room at ₹2.16 crore. The 4 BHK options are 2,150 sq ft at ₹2.41 crore and 2,550 sq ft with a puja room and servant room at ₹2.86 crore. Ceilings are 11 ft high, balconies are 8 ft wide with steel railings, and bathrooms use Kohler fittings.
The amenity list is longer than usual for the sector. It includes an all-weather swimming pool, indoor badminton and squash courts, a billiards room, cricket nets, a basketball court, indoor and outdoor gyms, a skating rink and a jogging track, along with a clubhouse and children's play area.
Irish Platinum is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ503189/03/2024, with January 2029 given as the completion date. The developer does not say whether the sizes are super or carpet area, and the listed prices carry an asterisk, so ask for the carpet area of each unit and what the price includes, such as parking and club charges, before booking.
