The Sephyra is in Sector 25 on the Yamuna Expressway, inside the Jaypee Greens Sports City zone around the Buddh International Circuit. By the developer's count, Galgotias University is about 2.8 km away and the Noida International Airport at Jewar about 29 km.
Imperia Structures is building six towers on a 4.7-acre plot, with 552 apartments in all. Most are 2 BHK homes of 1,200 sq ft saleable area in two layouts, 396 units in total. Towers A1 and A2 rise to 20 floors and hold 144 4 BHK homes with a servant room at 2,680 sq ft, topped by eight duplex penthouses of 5,360 sq ft. The frame is cast with aluminium formwork, cars are kept to a perimeter loop so the central podium stays free of traffic, and 707 parking spaces are planned.
The landscape follows a Mediterranean theme, with arcades and parterre gardens. Facilities include a pool with a kids' pool and jacuzzi, a gym, spa and salon, a reading lounge with a café, a multipurpose hall, a crèche, pickleball, badminton and half-basketball courts, a pets' park and a jogging track.
Imperia, a Delhi developer active since 1985 whose projects include The Esfera in Gurugram and H2O Residency in Greater Noida West, lists the price at ₹1,39,932 per sq m, about ₹13,000 per sq ft. The UP RERA registration is UPRERAPRJ761382/10/2025, and the register gives July 2028 for completion. That is a tight timeline for a six-tower project launched in late 2025, so follow the quarterly progress reports.
