About Imperia Prideville
Prideville is one of two Imperia Structures housing projects inside Jaypee Greens Sports City on the Yamuna Expressway, the planned zone that surrounds the Buddh International Circuit. The developer points buyers to the tree-lined boulevard, lakes and sports facilities planned through the Sports City, and to the Noida International Airport at Jewar further down the expressway.
The project offers 1, 2 and 4 BHK apartments. Imperia lists the rate at ₹80,730 to ₹87,188 per sq m, roughly ₹7,500 to ₹8,100 per sq ft, well below the ₹1,39,932 per sq m it quotes for its newer project The Sephyra. The specification is practical rather than lavish: tiled floors, oil-bound distemper on the walls, laminated flush doors and ISI-marked sanitary fittings. Unit sizes and the tower count are not listed on the project page.
Planned facilities include a clubhouse with a pool, spa, sauna and salon, a banquet hall, badminton and tennis courts, a fitness centre, a cricket pitch, a yoga and meditation area, an elderly park and theme gardens.
Imperia has been building in Delhi NCR since 1985, with projects in Gurugram and Greater Noida West. Prideville was registered with UP RERA in October 2019 as UPRERAPRJ545875, and the completion date on the register is now July 2028, close to nine years after registration. Check the construction status and quarterly progress reports on up-rera.in, and ask for tower-wise possession dates, before booking.
