VVIP Yamuna is a group housing project in Sector 22D, one of the YEIDA residential sectors on the Yamuna Expressway, in the corridor that is filling up around the Noida International Airport at Jewar. The promoter is VVIP Infrahome Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of the listed VVIP Infratech.
According to the company's February 2026 stock-exchange filing, the project has 484 homes and 18 shops, with an estimated gross sales value of about ₹750 crore. The developer's site shows 3 BHK plans in two variants, one with a dressing area, both with a foyer and three toilets, and a layout of four apartments per floor served by four lifts in each tower. Facilities listed include a clubhouse, an infinity swimming pool, a family pool and a kids' pool, a yoga lawn, a reflexology park, a nature trail, a flower garden, a snooker table and a children's play area. Carpet areas and prices are not published on the official site, so ask for the price sheet before comparing with nearby launches.
VVIP Group was founded by Praveen Tyagi and is now run with Vibhor and Vaibhav Tyagi. Its housing work in the region includes VVIP Addresses in Greater Noida West.
The project was registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ677791/02/2026 and launched in February 2026. The declared completion date is October 2030, so this suits buyers who can wait around four years for possession.
