Early Stage
Two homes per floor is the main selling point of Aurum Alumni Bliss, a 528-apartment project on 7 acres in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway. The developer says about 83% of the site is kept open, which is a high share for a group housing plot in YEIDA.
The homes are 3 and 4 BHK apartments. With only two flats sharing each floor, most units should get more light and better cross-ventilation than in the eight-flats-a-floor towers common in the area. Aurum Alumni has not published carpet areas, tower heights or prices on its website, so ask for the registered plans and a cost sheet.
The developer describes a clubhouse, pool, gym and landscaped gardens, but has not yet put out a detailed amenity list. Buyers should ask for the approved layout to see what is actually planned.
Aurum Alumni is a Noida-based developer with two projects on the expressway, Bliss and the smaller Accord in Sector 25, and says it is investing about ₹1,100 crore across the two. Bliss is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ376378/11/2024 through Starcity Infradevelopers, with September 2029 as the completion date. The developer has no delivered projects yet, so the construction pace over the next year is worth tracking on the RERA portal.
Aurum AlumniDeveloper · RERA registeredAll projects →Aurum Alumni is a Noida-based residential developer with its office in Sector 136. It is a newer name in the market and, going by its website, is working on its first two projects, both on the Yamuna Expressway. The company says its investment across the two is about ₹1,100 crore, with a combined area of about 22.8 lakh sq ft.
Both projects follow the same idea of two apartments per floor and a large share of open land. Aurum Alumni Bliss in Sector 22D has 528 homes of 3 and 4 BHK on 7 acres, and Aurum Alumni Accord in Sector 25 has 210 homes of 4 BHK on 3 acres. Both were registered with UP RERA in late 2024, Bliss through Starcity Infradevelopers. Because the company has no completed projects yet, buyers should follow construction progress through the quarterly reports on the RERA portal.
