About Elite X
Elite X occupies Plot GH-03A in Sector 10, Greater Noida West, one of the established apartment pockets of Noida Extension. The site covers 5.44 acres, and the developer says about 69 per cent of it is left open.
Six towers of 25 to 28 floors hold 630 apartments, with 27 shops at ground level. The mix is 3 BHK at 1,800–1,860 sq ft, 3 BHK with a study at 2,075 to 2,110 sq ft, and 4 BHK with a servant room at 2,632 to 2,638 sq ft, all quoted as super built-up area. Listed starting prices are ₹2.10 crore, ₹2.42 crore and ₹3.14 crore respectively, before GST. The amenity plan covers a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, banquet hall, badminton court, spa, hobby studio, children's play area and landscaped gardens. Confluence Consultancy is the architect.
The developer is Golfgreen Mansions Pvt Ltd, part of Noida's Elite Group, whose completed projects include Elite Homz and Elite Golfgreens.
Elite X is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ916631/02/2024, and the register shows December 2028 for completion. The developer's latest update puts structural progress at around 42 per cent. Because the sizes are super area, carpet areas will be noticeably smaller, so ask for the carpet figure in writing before comparing Elite X with other launches in Noida Extension.
