Jaypee Sports City is about half a kilometre from Eldeco Whispers of Wonder, and the Buddh International Circuit about 3 km, according to the developer. The project takes up 5 acres in Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway, one of the YEIDA sectors that has seen a run of group housing launches since 2025.

Eldeco is building three-bedroom apartments with VRV air-conditioning, along with penthouses. The project page does not give unit sizes, tower count or prices. On amenities the list is longer than usual for a 5-acre site: a swimming pool, gym, squash court, box cricket, a mini football court, a multipurpose court, an amphitheatre, a double-height multipurpose hall with a pre-function area, a pool table room, an open gym and a children's play area. A palm-lined avenue, peripheral greens, convenience shops and a school bus waiting area complete the plan.

Eldeco has built housing in north India for several decades. Whispers of Wonder was launched in September 2025 and is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ752382/09/2025, with July 2030 as the completion date. The project is funded by PNB Housing Finance, which holds a mortgage on it.

Buyers should note that mortgage and ask for the lender's no-objection at the time of registry. Ask for carpet areas too, because Eldeco has not published them.
