Eldeco Group

Eldeco Group is a North Indian real estate developer founded in 1975. It works through two main companies: Eldeco Housing and Industries Ltd, which is listed and whose shares trade on the BSE and NSE, and Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd. It builds housing, commercial and industrial projects and says it is present in more than 20 cities in North India, with over 200 completed projects. In the Noida area, its official timeline records the launch of Eldeco Live by the Greens in Noida, Eldeco La Vida Bella in Greater Noida West in 2024, and Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences in Greater Noida in early 2026. It is also developing Eldeco Echoes of Eden in Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway.
