About Eldeco Echoes of Eden
Eldeco Echoes of Eden is the newest of the developer's three projects in Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway, launched in February 2026. By Eldeco's figures, Jaypee Sports City is about half a kilometre away, Sardar Patel Vidyalaya 1.1 km, the Buddh International Circuit 3 km, Kailash Hospital 4.5 km and Galgotias University about 6 km.
Echoes of Eden offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes, the widest mix among Eldeco's three projects in the sector, so it gives buyers both a smaller entry point and a larger family option. The three-bedroom units come with VRV air-conditioning. Eldeco has not published sizes, prices, tower count or total units on its project page. The listed amenities are modest: a multipurpose court, an amphitheatre, an open gym, a children's swing area, a landscaped hangout zone, peripheral greens and a palm-lined avenue, with convenience shops, a school bus waiting area, CCTV and power backup.
Eldeco has developed housing in north India for several decades. The project is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ125342/02/2026 in the name of Eldeco Sohna Projects Ltd, and the registration gives January 2031 as the completion date.
Possession is more than four years away, and the amenity list is shorter than at Eldeco's other Sector 22D launches. Ask for the carpet area and clubhouse plans before booking.
