Dynamix Group traces its roots to the late 1970s and has built in Dahisar for much of that time. Avanya is one of its larger projects in the area: about 3.1 acres in Dahisar East, with 355 homes in high-rise towers that go up to 37 floors above two basement levels and three podium levels.
The mix is aimed at first-time and upgrading buyers. Sizes run from about 380 sq ft to just under 593 sq ft, across one- and two-bedroom layouts. A 381 sq ft one-bedroom was listed at ₹1.18 crore and a 516 sq ft two-bedroom at ₹1.61 crore, with a larger 2 BHK at ₹1.81 crore. These are compact homes, and the per square foot rate is high for this edge of the city, so compare carefully with ready stock nearby. The specification mentions air-conditioning and a modular kitchen in the homes.
Shared facilities include a clubhouse, a gym, a swimming pool, a podium garden and a children's play area, and the project harvests rainwater. The site lies a short way from the Western Express Highway, near the northern edge of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Dahisar is also where two Metro lines meet: Line 2A along the Link Road and Line 7 along the highway, both running towards Andheri. Dahisar station on the Western line is close, and the check naka leads on to Mira Road and the Ghodbunder Road towards Thane.
