Dynamix Group

Dynamix Group was founded in the 1970s by the late K. M. Goenka, and its first project was Bhagwati Apartment in Malad West. It is now run by the family's third generation and has its head office in Goregaon East. The group built its early name on large affordable townships in Mumbai's northern suburbs, such as Gokuldham in Goregaon East, at a time when middle-income housing was scarce in the city. Today it works in Mumbai, Thane and Goa, with several projects under way totalling more than 4 million sq ft and a pipeline of over 10 million sq ft.

Its recent projects are spread across the western suburbs and Thane. Dynamix Avanya, the project IndiProp lists, is in Dahisar East, where Towers A and B were launched in 2020. Dahisar sits at the northern edge of Mumbai city limits, on the Western Express Highway and the Metro 2A and 7 lines, and prices there are lower than in Borivali or Kandivali. Other current Dynamix projects include Luma in Andheri East, Astrum in Malad East, Divum in Goregaon, Parkwoods in Thane West and two projects at Bambolim in Goa.
