Dasnac Westminster is going up on plot GH-02/C in Sector 146, on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, in the same sector as the Sector 146 station on the Aqua Line. The plot is open on three sides and bordered by 45-metre roads.
All homes are 4 BHK, with two apartments to a floor. Dasnac cites a slab height of just over 13 ft, 10 ft doors, decks up to 30 ft long and ten points of natural light in each unit, with corner bedrooms that get views on two sides. Amenities include a 20 ft high reception lobby with a café, an indoor pool, spa, bowling alley, squash court, arcade room, a rooftop observatory and infinity pool, hydroponic farms and a butterfly garden. The building is pre-certified Platinum by the IGBC, with solar panels, rainwater harvesting and wiring for home automation.
Dasnac is the group behind The Jewel of Noida and Burj Noida in Sector 75, and says its predecessor firm Designarch completed more than 100 projects. Westminster is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ239402/06/2024 in the name of E Homes Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, with April 2029 as the completion date.
Dasnac has not put sizes or prices on its site, so ask for the carpet area and price list. The RERA record classes the project as mixed use, so also ask what the non-residential part of the building will be.
