Dasnac

Dasnac is a real estate group working mainly in Noida, with interests in property development, engineering and architecture, building construction and investment. The company says it has worked on more than 15 million sq ft of real estate across asset classes in north India, and that its predecessor firm, Designarch, completed over 100 residential, commercial, education and healthcare projects. Its earlier E-Homes projects in Vaishali and Greater Noida were marketed on green building features.

In Noida its housing work is centred on two sectors. In Sector 75 it developed The Jewel of Noida inside the Eco City township and is building Burj Noida as a later phase of the same plot. In Sector 146, on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, it is building Dasnac Westminster, a 4 BHK project pre-certified Platinum by the IGBC. Its commercial portfolio includes Dasnac Arc in central Noida, Dasnac Place on the expressway and Dasnac Yuva. Projects are registered with UP RERA under group companies such as E Homes Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.
