About Dasnac Arc
Dasnac Arc is a commercial project on Plot MPC-02 in Sector 72, central Noida, where most new retail and office supply has been limited to smaller plots. The developer says the site has more than 500 feet of frontage on the main arterial road through central Noida, and the Sector 51 and Sector 52 metro stations are a short drive away.
Three kinds of units are on sale: shops, studio apartments and offices. Dasnac has not published tower heights, unit sizes or prices on its official page, and the renderings carry the usual artist's impression disclaimer, so floor plans and the payment schedule need to come from the sales office.
Dasnac grew out of Designarch, an engineering and architecture practice with more than two decades of work behind it. The group says it has completed over 100 residential, commercial, education and healthcare projects adding up to about 15 million sq ft, and its housing includes the E-Homes projects in Vaishali and Greater Noida. The legal promoter of Arc is Montevista Private Limited.
Phase I is registered with UP RERA as Dasnac Arc (Phase I) under UPRERAPRJ823868, with work starting in September 2023 and a completion date of June 2028. Studio and shop rentals in Sector 72 will depend on how much of the frontage the retail actually uses, so check which floor and face a unit sits on.
