Amstoria Verti-Greens is a high-rise housing project by BPTP in Sector 102, Gurugram, on the Dwarka Expressway, forming part of the larger Amstoria township. It sits on about 9.43 acres of a 12.05-acre parcel that BPTP is developing in phases together with GAIA Residences, and the combined project sets aside about 1.75 lakh sq ft for amenities and landscaping. Each tower has three sky gardens with a yoga deck, a library lounge and co-working space, and seven lifts. Shared facilities include indoor and outdoor pools with a children's pool, a gym, a spa, fine dining, a private theatre and even an astronomical observatory, plus rooms for robotics, karate, dance and art aimed at children. BPTP quotes prices from about Rs 3.38 crore on its combined project page. The structure is designed to Seismic Zone V standards, the project is IGBC Platinum pre-certified, and it was registered with HRERA on 5 February 2025 as RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/910/642/2025/13.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1830-2024, with registration valid until December 2031.
