BPTP Limited is a real estate developer active mainly in Gurugram and Faridabad, led by chairman and managing director Kabul Chawla. In Gurugram its largest current development is the Amstoria township in Sector 102 on the Dwarka Expressway, which the company says covers about 143 acres. The township includes the 102 Eden Estate plots and country floors as well as newer high-rise phases, Amstoria Verti-Greens and GAIA Residences. BPTP is also building Downtown 66, a two-tower residential project in Sector 66, and The Boulevard at Green Oaks, a retail block in Sector 70A near its Astaire Gardens, Visionnaire, Fortuna and Pedestal communities. Other projects listed on its website include SkyNest Towers, Capital City, Parklands Pride and the Wa Vana plots. Its recent high-rise projects are IGBC Platinum pre-certified and are designed to Seismic Zone V standards.
