Five thousand three hundred square feet, four bedrooms and a quoted price of ₹11 crore: Bellagio is the villa enclave within The Prestige City, the large township Prestige Group is developing in Rajendranagar, on Hyderabad's south-western side near Budvel.

Every home is a 4 BHK villa of 5,300 sq ft. The ₹11 crore figure dates from the launch and may have moved since, so confirm current pricing with Prestige before shortlisting. At this level, buyers will also want to see the specification sheet, the plot dimensions attached to each villa and the maintenance charges for the township.

Possession was due in December 2025, and IndiProp lists Bellagio as ready to move, with the villas complete or in handover. The trade-off is distance from the western office clusters, which suits people who work from home or near the airport better than daily commuters to HITEC City.
